Opened for these two bands, the drummer of the Wildcats dug me. His whole family was there that night and his mom was drunk but I remember she liked me. I was 16 when they were on this small tour and he talked to me almost every moment of the trip. I swear if I was older something would have happened. 5 years difference didn’t seem that big of a deal. Three years later and he’s getting married in a month. Small little “thing” that was probably more serious for me than it ever was for him, ha.
